West Lake Long Jing, also know as Dragon Well is a medium grade Long Jing tea. Good value for the price.

General Guide to making a Green (Longjing) Tea
Steep green tea in 75~85℃ water. The ratio of tea leaves to water is approximately 1:5. or 6 grams of tea to 125 ml. of water.
Steep for 30 secs to 1 minute, and lengthen the time for each subsequent infusion.
The number of infusion can range from 4 to 5 times.
