251 lei

In response to the market’s demand for board leaf Pu-erh tea products, we ordered this tea cake exclusively by Nanqiao Tea Factory in 2011. Based on the 8582 concept and formulation, with the majority of ingredients from the organic wild-grown tree from the Bulang Mountains, and the rest with Nannuo area's 7th grade or above broadleaf.

Produced using traditional techniques, the tea cake weighs 400 grams, and the overall appearance of the teacake is robust with a mixture of colourful red, gold, and brown. After ten years of post-fermentation in our professional warehouse, the tea soup has turned reddish-brown. The tea taste has gradually become smooth and harmonious. Fruity, camphor wood and comfortable cha qi. Ideal for collecting or drinking.

Liquor: Clear golden brown

Fragrance: Camphor wood.

Flavour:  Tea is smooth camphor wood taste with hui gan, good cha qi and throughout later infusions. Infused tea leaves are 7th to 9th grade, soft, medium-thick, greenish-brown colour with medium branches.

High quality tea

This tea has aged well so far. Nice ginseng taste and aroma. Some pleasant astringency if you push it. Good price point.

Very nice tea overall. Woody and aged aroma is very upfront and lasts up to around 4th brew while the floral notes come out more after the aged aroma fades. Smooth enough for a 10 year old raw tea, but still is astringent and youthful in character. Very enjoyable and has lingering floral and slight woody/aged aftertaste.
