GENUINE PRODUCT from the Manghai Tea Factory. This is a course grade Ripe Pu-erh tea cake but the leaves are chopped into fine pieces for quick taste release. The difference between the 7572, 7592 and 8592 formulation is the different grades of tealeaf used, and the degree of fermentation during the process of wodiu. The Pu-erh teacake has loosened substantially and is aged in our professional warehouse in Hong Kong for almost 2 decades.

Tea Appearance: liquor dark chestnut brown. Infused tea leaves are dark brown with a good proportion of finely chopped tea leaves and branches.

Scent: Light oatmeal.

Taste: Tea is smooth, traditional neutral ripen pu-erh taste.

Steeping - Puerh Tea

General Guide to brewing Pu-erh Tea

Steep Pu-erh tea in hot boiling water. The ratio of tea leaves to water is approximately 1:4 to 1:5. or 8 grams of tea to 125 ml. of water.

First steep for 5 to 10 sec and discard the water to clean and heat the tea leaves. Steep for 20 seconds, and lengthen the time for each subsequent infusion. 

The number of infusion can range from 10 to 20 times.
