All sales are final which means we do not provide refund or exchange due to change of mind.  So please choose carefully. But we do provide services for Incorrect Orders Exchange and Damaged Returns

 

Incorrect Orders Exchange:
If we sent you the wrong product by mistake then please email us within 14 days and we will dispatch the correct product with free shipping. If we require you to return the incorrect product then return shipping will be paid by us.

 

Damaged Returns If you receive a product which you think is damaged within 14 days of receiving the product then please email us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue to determine if the product is damaged and if we agree that there is a damage we will issue you with a replacement or refund with the following conditions:

1) Damaged products must be reported within 14 days of receiving your product.

2) The damage will be assessed by us before any refunds are issued. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damage during this assessment process.

3) We will pay for return shipping if the product was deemed to be damaged.

4) The product will either be replaced or the full purchase amount for the damaged product will be refunded along with cost of shipping for the damaged product only.

Statement in regards to Allergens

We cannot guarantee that our products are free from any allergens. All our tea is obtained and processed by manufacturers which do not provide any allergen information hence we cannot promise any allergen such as nuts or dairy etc. have found their way into the tea we sell.
