Shipping Policy

From 1 July 2021 the value added tax (VAT) exemption for the importation of goods not exceeding EUR 22 will be removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT.

At Yee On Tea Co., we do not charge or collect taxes, VAT/GST, and processing fees so customers are responsible for paying their own taxes, VAT/GST, and processing fees. These amounts will vary with each country and Yee On Tea Co. cannot quote or guarantee any country-specific fees. We cannot accept any returns due to failure to pay these customs charges and a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

If you decide the cancel your order before it is shipped, 3.5% will be withheld due to credit card or payment gateway processing fees.

If you have a special shipping request, please include this with the notes in your order.

Orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business days.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. As an estimates from our carriers (Please note these are strictly estimates, delivery times may vary) :

 

Hong Kong : 1-2  working days.

 

China: 3-4  working days 

 

Rest of the world: anywhere from 7-14 working days.

 

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email along with your tracking number so the location of your orders are always visible.
